Move approved card into store
Apr 28th, 2010, 7:53pm

As a newbie just building my store I'm really learning from this forum.  I tried to find the answer to this, couldn't, so here it goes.
Most of my approved cards have automatically gone into my store.  But there are still 2 that have been approved and don't show up.  Do I have to do something to get them to show up?
Love this forum...you guys are so gentle, supportive and generally awesome.

Hi Peggy...

Hummmm..  That is one thing that I have not run into yet.  I know there is a space for "Private Cards" although I have yet to use mine.. Try looking there and if that is not it I bet Mindy will pop in here with an answer for you..  Very nice store you have going too btw~

Welcome to GCU Peggy!

Well, it's most likely one of two things.  Sometimes it takes 24 hours for approved cards to show in your store, and sometimes the Private box is checked accidentally when the cards were created putting them in your Private Gallery.

So, check your Store Layout under your admin and turn your private gallery on. If your cards are there you will see them when you click the Private Gallery link from your storefront.  If they aren't then I suggest you wait till tomorrow and see if your cards show up.  If they are accidentally in your private gallery, post the card numbers here on the forum with a request for Mindy to move them to Public status.

Hope that helps!!  Good Luck!

I KNEW I should have waited a little longer...they're all up now.
Thank you so much for your prompt responses.
