Oops! need Shaun's or Mindy's help...
Apr 29th, 2010, 9:02pm

I misunderstood what "featured cards" meant.  Did not realize it meant "private gallery".  Moved my Mother's Day cards there hoping they'd be "featured" and they actually went into "private".  Now I can't get them back to my store.  There are 15 of them!  what a mess I have created.
Please help!

Featured cards and private cards are not the same thing....featured cards are the one's that show at the top section of your store (or bottom depending on your preference) and you choose 15 of them to be shown. You can still have featured cards that are not private cards. So once GCU staff have moved your cards back to private you can still feature them in your store by going to manage store > images and cards > manage cards and where the edit box is for each card it say feature yes/no, just click on yes....You can then go to image & cards > featured cards and arrange them how you like.

That is what I thought I was doing.  But they disappeared and when I checked manage cards the 15 had "private" on them.
Not sure what I did wrong.
I thought I was putting them into "featured" when I changed them in Manage "edit".
Went to pull up featured and none of them are there.
Now I can't get them out of private.

Where you click for featured and private are very close together so looks by mistake you've been clicking private  undecided Ya silly sausage! Grin

You'll know for next time to be extra careful.

A gold star for you and go to top of the class! Cheesy

It's an easy mistake to do though.

I think silly sausage must be an Aussie colloquialism....is very commonly used over here.

I am quite familiar with the term 'Silly Sausage' too, I am originally from England. Which would fit with the Aussie connection Smiley Made me smile to read it because I haven't heard it in years yet it was understood without a question Smiley
