Cards Stuck in Limbo for Category

Hi Mindy,

Last week a couple kids birthday party invitations were returned for edit with this message:

Product Id: 599556
Status: Returned for Edits
Resubmit Notes: Please place in the appropriate subcategory under Invitations - Birthday Party - Age Specific

Product Id: 599375
Status: Returned for Edits
Resubmit Notes: Please place all cards in this series in the appropriate subcategory under Invitations - Birthday Party - Age Specific

I kindly responded back to the reviewer on the 4th of April, explaining that there IS NO 3rd and 4th birthday category in the the above mentioned location.

Please help get these cards released, either add the necessary ages to the category, or better yet...

Why aren't kid's age specific birthday invitations found under >>Invitations>>Birthday Party for Kids?

I would think that the average person looking for kids birthday party invitations would look here and never think to look at the Age Specific category buried under birthday.

How about adding as follows:

>>Invitations>>Birthday Party for Kids>>Age Specific

>>Invitations>>Birthday Party for Kids>>Pool Party (don't tons of kids have pool parties?)

Please get these two cards into categories somewhere! Thanks!

Hi Doreen,
As to not have to break up the Age Specific (adult vs kids) and keep them all under one umbrella they will remain under Birthday Party >> Age Specific.

We have added 3rd and 4th subcaterogies, put your cards there accordingly and approved them. We have also moved other 3rd and 4th birthday invitations out of Other and into these new subcategories.

In the case where a specific age or relation subcategory is not available you should use the Other subcategory. It appears that Other is bursting at the seams so we will begin to create new subcategories here for all ages and move cards accordingly.

We have added a Pool / Swim party under Invitations >> Birthday Party for Kids however your cards would not go there as they are Age Specific and these stay in the Age Specific subcategory only.

Please see the card review email notes just sent for specific edits / suggestions re: this card and the requested category since the card is not Birthday Party specific.
