Featured card problem

Hello all, I seem to be having trouble getting my latest Mother's Day card to appear in the 'feature' area.
I've tried it several times, but for some reason it won't budge. I'd like to get it up there for greater visibility. Can someone please help. P.S. I know that I've been following the proper procedure, so it must be a glitch.

I just realized that I was trying to 'feature' a Mother's Day card that has NOT been approved yet. Duh! So you can nix what I requested earlier. I'm sorry
