Private Gallery (Read 632 times)

Karen_137659 Senior Member artist Posts: 333	Private Gallery Mar 24^th, 2010, 5:41pm I tried searching for this answer, maybe I didn't look hard enough. But how does one delete certain cards from the private gallery? Somehow accidentally a few cards ended up there. I resorted to just resubmitting them. thanks in advance Caryn

I too thought it might have been in another area since the Private Gallery is shown separate. From what I can see they all get uploaded and deleted from the exact same place. Have a great night~

Shaun_131054 GCU Administrator artist Posts: 2482	Re: Private Gallery Reply #3 - Mar 24^th, 2010, 9:06pm LJ and Cheryl are correct, cards are deleted from the Manage Cards page. You can also use the "By Status" sort to only show cards marked as Private. Shaun

Mindy GCU Administrator Community Manager Posts: 6567 Gender:	Re: Private Gallery Reply #4 - Mar 25^th, 2010, 12:04pm Also... if you feel they were in the Private Gallery in error you can send an email to our Card Review team requesting they be re-reviewed and changed to Public. This way you don't have to resubmit. Contact them via cardreview@greetingcarduniverse.com and be sure to include the product id #'s.
