Clarify Health Updates and Health Awareness? (Read 417 times)

I see the differences between these categories as:

Health Awareness: Breast Cancer Exam Reminder, Self Exam Reminder, etc. This is a good example of that category:

Health Update:
This would be a card that a person or their family would send out to update family and friends on a personal health situation, such as cancer or surgery.
This is a good example:
