Well - I very much appreciate the extra exposure and I thank you for the time and work you've taken in giving it.

i see there are some artists who do not like the sell this card feature and i have added 1 maybe more of their cards.  i will go through the cards and remove them, but this will make me more selective in my card choices so as not to offend anyone.  oh well a bump in the road.  as i read the other day.  it's all a matter of perspective... Denise, since I didn't specfically say this in my first post, I'll say it now... I am absolutely okay with you using any of my cards in your blog... in fact, I'd be honored to be included!  Smiley

Thanks,

as Tom reminded us in another thread:

The way the card seller's scheme really works, per the wiki, is:

1.  The shopper's email cannot already be in the system (i.e.: new customers only)
2.  It only is for cards this new shopper buys over the next 30 days once the shopper has clicked any widget (or equivalent; banner ad with a seller's code or a Sell this Card with a seller's code)
3.  Max of $25 card seller fee paid per order (50+ card order).  Artists always get their applicable fee.
4.  The initial card seller's "cookie" on the shopper's PC will be overwritten if the shopper clicks a different card seller's widget (or equivalent).
5.  Artists are already in the system so they can't combine a card seller's fee with an artist discount code to reduce their effective cost of purchasing their own cards.

Denise or any other artist or sellers

Feel free to add any of Valxart greeting card design to any blog or selling location. The more exposure the better for GCU and for our cards. I believe the more cards shown the better it is for all of us. Let the world see the vast collection of cards available at GCU.

Maybe a list should be posted somewhere of people who want their products promoted.
(I would be on that list, BTW.)

As I understand it a list would be pointless because anybody can promoted any card without the artist even knowing. A good thing too, we are here to sell cards arn't we?

Yes, that's true.  I was just thinking that with all the posts in this thread saying "it's okay to promote me" that even though people might know they can promote anyone, some might hesitate because of the occasional person that has a problem with it.
