Not all is a sea of roses , there are the pranks

Dear GSU Support Team and Dear Artists,

Here is a bad example of what can happen with the customer interaction: Shocked

Some pranks on carnival time are part of the season. So, be aware! Here is one I have received:

Shopper Information
Name: ronald james taylor.
Email: taylor.ron+15+2yahoo.com.
Phone: 33497811
Product id: 462559
ronald james taylor.'s Custom Card Request: will you marry me bulldog. ps my heart is bkeeding for your answer.

(No images from the customer for this request)

Wrong phone number, wrong email, fishy text

Fortunately the great majority of customers are honest people and respect the artists’ work and time.

I am sorry that happened with you. Sometimes customers start an order and are not able to finish it for some reason but it's just because something else is happening. Sometimes, they come back later. If it was just a prank, well, that's too bad if it was meant to be mean, but maybe they think it's a good joke.

I don't know if that is helpful, but my intentions are good.

Here's hoping you get lots of good orders from now on!
