GCU Waz up with da WIDGETS?? (Read 860 times)

Hello, I am also having a problem with the card widget (slideshow of our cards) on my blog and on my dot com site. I used to be able to see the card widget fine, but lately the widget has somehow disappeared off both my sites I put it on. Is there a reason for this, or is it that the HTML has somehow changed and we need to update it? I never heard about this so I don't know. I guess I am like the person above, Natalie, who is having an issue as well. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help with the widgets issue.

Support is working on them and creating some new options. This was reported, as Nathalie mentioned, to be fixed several days ago, but still nothing. So, you are not alone on this one, none of our widgets work and hopefully they will be up again soon. Any update Nasser?

The javascript widgets have been working, the flash widgets were down.

The vertical flash widget was put back up today. Please note that if you are using Internet Explorer and make changes to the flash widget the changes may not show up right away (the programmers are working to correct this)

Also please note that if you were using the flash widget on your web site in the past you will need to update the code to begin using the widget again. You can visit the Card Widget page and click the Get HTML tab to obtain the code.

There are now two types of Flash widgets to choose from, and the Javascript widget. If you had a flash widget on your blog or website before the error, you will need to obtain the new html code from within your account and replace the old code on your site or blog!
