MISSINGS CARDS!!!!!

Hi;

Can somebody in support please explain to me why I show that I should have a certain card count in my various categories but have far less cards actually in them!!??

Collections - should have 888 but there are only 726 cards listed and showing

Occasions - should have 443 but there are only 386 cards listed and showing

Thanksgiving - should have 228 but there are only 186 cards listed and showing

Mothers Day - should have 65 but there are only 60 cards listed and showing

Christmass - should have 118 but there are only 89 cards listed and showing

These are only the categories that I have checked, how many more cards am I missing... why did the disappear, where are they.... what's going on with my cards!??????

I would appreciate a very quick response with this please.

It's normal to have less physical cards than the total card count listed by category since many cards are in 2 categories. For instance, I have 4973 physical cards, but when I add up the count by category I have 6232.

Can you give us a specific product id or two that seems to be missing from a category if easy to id?
