My cards are still unavailable in my store

It has been almost a week since I submitted my card designs for review and they are still unavailable in my store.  Why?

Hi Jessica,
 
I have no idea what is happening. I submitted cards on Monday and still no word on them. I am trying to be patient, but it is dragging on a bit long now.

I do not see any Pending - Submitted cards in the queue for either of you.  I do see some Pending - Resubmitted in the queue that should get attended to soon.
 
Lisa, your resubmitted cards appear to have been approved.
