Just tried to do the new account, when I uploaded the final picture which was my actual card, the next button just would not move, all I got was a page error at the bottom.
 
(modified) I got around it by going to my manage store, seems it half registered, then uploaded the card from manage cards, creat card, but anyone who is a bit less clued up would have been confused and gone away.
 
 
Hope this is fixed soon.
