Dear Mindy or Shaun,
 
 
 
Order 190718 is a photo card. The customer has not contacted me to place their photos in the card.
I do not know if they understand the process or they plan to place the photo in the cards (150).
 
Is is possible to contact the customer a check with them.

Not sure if you got my email, but we placed a hold on the order until we can get in get in touch with the customer.

We have not yet heard back from the customer.  I'll be sending along a follow up email if I don't hear back from them today.

Still no reply  embarrassed  I've sent a couple of emails.  If we have not heard back by the weekend we will send a printed letter to the address that the cards were to be shipped to.

Not yet.  We've mailed a letter to his shipping address explaining what happened.  If we do not hear back within the next week or so, we will cancel the order and issue a refund.
