Keyword dilemma

Hi Mindy,

Last week I uploaded 10 age specific birthday cards, different ages but same design and verse embarrassed

. They all have the same keywords except for the age, today I got three cards returned cry

with the note;

Use keywords that are descriptive to the image/art that are only otherwise seen. This will help shoppers find exactly the cards they are searching for. For example: colors, animal, breeds, flower varieties, etc.

No problem with that

but the other seven got approved! Shocked

So my question is, do I have to change the keywords on the cards that were approved as well? undecided

No, not necessary to change those on the approved cards unless you want to. The reviewer was simply suggesting perhaps some more effective keywords to describe your card in additional ways that a shopper may search for it. Specifically their advice was: Consider keywords like these: happy birthday, red, blue, yellow, 33, 21 plus 12.

If you'd like us to update your approved cards pls post back with the pid#'s.

For those still pending be sure to remove the Birthdays >> Humor category as Age Specific cards only go in the Age Specific category. You can imagine if we allowed ALL funny age specific cards in the Humor category. A shopper simply shopping for funny birthday cards would likely give up after sifting through all of the ages and leave the site. undecided

Hi Mindy,

Hope you have had good Christmas and New Year. I have changed the keywords on all the cards but on the following cards, I could not remove from the humor category Sad

, would you like me to delete them and resubmit them or is there something you can do?
