I got back 2 cards with suggestions to improve the titles.  Both had good examples for my specific card and I changed them right away and will be changing many of my other cards too.  Thanks to the reviewers for that!!
 
My suggestion is that every reference I have seen to improving titles says "Card Titles should be as descriptive as possible within the allowed space."  But nowhere do I find what IS the allowed space -  ??  How may characters and spaces are we allowed?  So far I have found I could add a lot more than I thought, but I don't have time to keep trying various examples until it truncates them.  Can someone just tell us what the allowed space is???
