Greetings fellow artists, I enjoy reading the forums - usually I let them pile up and sit down to read and wade thru topics that look interesting, then I get distracted visiting the storefronts of such talented artists. I have only been at this since the beginning of July of this year and have sold cards. No one has ever purchased my art work before, so I am thrilled for those 3 purchases. I originally decided to do this so I could make my own cards to give to friends and family, I like to make my cards personal and it was more cost effective thru GCU and besides I get money back for my own purchases, so if I never made a sale, I still come out ahead. But the sales really inspired me to do more. Working full time I am not able to devote as much time to designing as I like. So I have decided to dedicate one night a week to just designing and creating. I am seeking some advice on marketing and driving people to my storefront. What works best besides word of mouth? You'd be surprised at how many of my family members are not computer savvy and have no interest in the internet. Thanks in advance, Karen
