When I first tried changing my card... it didn't go back to the 'manage cards' section.. just a blank page. (may have been my slow network though!).
 
But when I redid it, I was automatically taken back to Manage Cards no problem, clicked the new "resubmit" button and it now says it's been resubmitted! No problems at all.
