Fast track

I hope this hasn't been asked a million times but, can we fast track a card for ourselves, say a birthday card that we need now? Also, if I did not mark the card for fast track can that be done once submitted? Thanks in advance for any replys....! Card 465114 if it can....

Please note that Returned for Edits cards need to be edited AND the RESUBMIT button needs to be clicked in order for the card to be Resubmitted.  Otherwise it remains as Returned for Edits and does not exist in the review queue.

In a nutshell:  
Pending-Submitted = awaiting 1st review, in the review queue  
Pending-FastTrack = awaiting 1st review, in the review queue ASAP Requested  
Pending-Resubmitted = awaiting 2nd or more review, in the review queue after Returned for Edits  
Pending-Held = awaiting further review, in the HOLD queue    
Approved = approved  
Declined = rejected  
Returned for Edits = returned to artist to edit & resubmit  
  
This will help both artists and reviewers to better identify and take action on cards that are Fast Track (this will eliminate the email request process) and treat Resubmitted cards differently vs them going back into the pending queue.

Hi Dottie,
Yes, you can fast track a card for yourself.  
 
Unfortunately it cannot be changed after submitting unless you send an email to the review team, they seem real busy so it may not get taken care of quickly.
If you still have the image in your create a card area I would resubmit a new card and fast track it. Then delete the one that is pending now.

Right now Fast Track can only be checked on at the time you create a card, not after the card has been submitted.  Please see prior discussion here:

If you've submitted a card and forgot to check Fast Track you'll need to revert to the old process of sending an email to cardreview@greetingcarduniverse.com with subject line Fast Track Product Id # however the review team may not get to these emails as quickly as they focus their attention on the pending cards queue.

Hi Mindy,
I didn't hit the fast track button for the Friendship cards as hadn't been here to read the thread, just saw all the cards for this holiday appearing and figured I'd missed one! So could you fast track these two cards for me...I think the reviewers mail box is full, but I'll try this morning again...but just in case....they are
