I don't go on it often, but you submit news, images, etc. people either vote for them with a digg or against them with bury. You can get extra exposure there. It's easy and free, lots of people use the site.

New stuff pops up all the time. Watch CNN or FOX at times. Digg huh? Hmmmm. Would that be anywhere near the facebookish stuff or twitter stuff? I don't facebook or twitter as it's chatter and I'm old, lol .
