Did you check out Imagekind.com? They do online printing and framing AND offer free website space for artists to upload up to 25 images which can then be ordered as prints, in a variety of papers, with our without frames, by you, your customers, or the general public. You set your markup as well. Or you can keep it private and order and sell as needed. They also have paid galleries. It may be what you want. Don't look to them for the marketing though!... They were bought out by CafePress a year ago but are a high-end digital printer (giclees etc).
