We will begin the process tonight of changing all card images using your Watermark settings in Global Preferences and removing the "image by" credits. This will be a slow process that will take several days.

New cards submitted as of this afternoon will begin to use the new watermark.

Your tech people might want to look onto it.

Red Bubble " clear screen approach may work for the average user, code still can be broken and extract the image, I do a lot of testing before trusting a site with my art files. lips sealed

Watermark on top of image is the best alternative so far here in GCU or maybe in the future GCU may ad a feature to resize the gallery display images into a smaller size at a low resolution instead of grabbing the images at the same resolution that are being uploaded.
As I can see so far the images can be extract at the same resolution that the Artist creates them - which is a fair quality to reproduce.

ALL IMAGES HAVE BEEN REGENERATED ...

This means...
a) image by credits have been removed from images
b) the new watermark has been applied based on your copyright watermark settings
c) bi-level watermark settings have been applied (medium image / large image)
d) medium and large images are now larger

To change your watermark settings for NEW cards simply change your Copyright Watermark settings in Global Preferences.

If the watermark was not applied to your EXISTING cards as you desired, please make the desired changes to Copyright Watermark settings in Global Preferences and use the associated Contact Us link from that page with your request to regenerate your card images based on those new settings.
