Welcome, and yes, we do sell cards! Even I, who have very few cards in my store, am making a few sales now and then. Others make sales quite regularly.
 
What I discovered, and what others will tell you too, is that you need to have cards that are profiled for specific occasions if you want to make sales. Most customers come to this site through searches for specific cards or through the reminder centers because of specific card needs (i.e. birthday, anniversary, graduation, etc.)
 
Good luck with your beautiful photography. GCU is a great community of artists and photographers, and everyone is very helpful and supportive.

I'm not sure how everyone else does, but I know I've been on this site for a month, and I've already sold over 70 cards! I was skeptical at first, but now I'm a believer! this has been such a fun way of expressing and sharing my creativity, for free! (and getting paid in the process!)

Welcome Sherry.    Yes, we actually do sell cards here!    Jump in and get your feet wet and experiment with different cards and you will soon see which ones sell the best.    Everyone here is very willing to help and give advice when asked.   You'll have a lot of fun and the support team at GCU is just terrific!

Hey Pauline, Congratulations!  I think most of us here remember the rush we felt at that first sale.  Hang on to it and hang in there, even when you experience dry spells...just keep on creating and the sales will follow.
