All of our sites send Holiday reminders, however each site has a different set of preset holidays and members always have the option of turning on/off the holidays they want to be reminded of.  They also differ on how many days before the Holiday the reminder email is sent.
 
Typically 4th of July is not one of the preset Holidays as it's not a big card sending occasion compared to other Holidays.
