Glitch in the program?

I was doing some much needed work in my store front, and when I clicked on "sve changes to image" I was asked to log in again, although it showed that I already was. This kept happening repeatedly until I gave up and logged out, without finishing the work I was doing.
Is there a time limit? I hope not, because I am limited only by how fast your programs work.
Please advise. Huh

It doesn't always happen. I thought it was just me. Maybe they need to look into this. Actually it hapeens all the time on Zazzle. It says I'm logged in but ask me to log in..Go figure...capt.

Thanks for letting us know David. At the time, did you have GCU open in more than one web browser by any chance?

Our site is set up so that you remain logged in until you either click the logout link or close your web browser. We'll investigate, but please let us know if this happens again once you've closed all open web browsers, then opened one and logged back into GCU.

To my knowlege I was only logged in through one browser. I logged out, closed the link and then went back in. I began working on another image, and it did the same thing again. Dunno. Somehow the "save cganges to this image" button is trying to do something else. Hope you can fix it. It is a bit frustrating, not to mentio it ended my session in GCU for the day.

Zazzle won't even let me load images anymore. Says they are in the wrong format. You'd think keeping all that contest money in the family they could afford a little tolerance for us radicals.
Anyhow, I checked out your shop, and you're looking as good as ever man! I was gonna try to catch up with you, but, well you've seen my post. Oh well, I'll keep sailing my pirate ship in a circle until the port opens up again. Cool

Happened to me a few times today, too. (only have one window open) I hadn't uploaded cards in some time and I kept getting kicked out after each upload.

Also, cards I'd saved at 3.8MG were showing as too "big" (they'd always worked before, but that was last year. . . I thought the max was 3.85) I had to go back and save them at 3.5 or 3.6 to work. Then they did load and at "best" so I guess they are okay. I have a bunch more cards to upload, but I'm afraid I'll have to go back and "re-save" them lower than 3.8.

Still the upload process here at GCU is easier than at other sites for the most part.
