card sale hasn't shown up

sold a card (product id 133334) 1/14/08... received email re: sale id 9951, but have not seen it updated on my records.  Sales before and since have shown up, but not that one... Would you mind checking?  Thanks a bunch...

Thanks for bringing this to our attention.  I do see that 9951 should have been included in your sales report, and we have updated your report by adding this order.  
 
We are investigating to determine why it wasn't originally added.  
 
Sorry for the confusion!
