Store report never finishes loading (?)

Hi there,

This problem has been going on for about 24 hours. Last night at about 8.00 pm EST in Australia (I think) I noticed that when I tried to check my store report, everything but the actual report downloaded i.e. the word "Loading..." appears and the little blue revolving flower but not any of the table. The report itself just never turned up. I hit control-refresh (a few times) but it made no difference. I left it thinking that it was a glitch.

Tonight (just after 8.00 again our time), it's still happening. I tried to view the store report and the same problem surfaced. All of this was going on using IE 7.0 (Windows XP). However, I have just installed Firefox and the problem occurs here too.

Maybe there is something not quite right?

Hi there,

The ironies of life never cease to amaze me. Even though I checked that the fault was still occurring just before I clicked on the "post" button, of course, now that I lodged a forum post about it, it has magically fixed itself!

Maybe no problem to look for after all!!!

I was just thinking - does something "magically" happen at about 2.00 am (your time) on the GCU servers??

Hi Roseann! I hope I spelled your name right. I am in the USA and my store report has been slow to load, but does eventually load. I guess I noticed it a few days back maybee 4 or 5 days back. It used to load quickly but now it doesn't. Just wanted you to know, as there might be something to that. Will see what GCU says about it.

The report appears to be working correctly at this moment, but we will investigate. Please let us know if you continue to have trouble loading the report.
