Jan 10^th, 2008, 9:19am In Firefox, card creation, the new Artist Notes entry field covers up the 'watermark' and 'matte' options. If you can narrow it by one or 2 characters, that should be enough to correct it for now. Thanks!

Hi Cheryl,
I had the same problem. Go to Global Preferences and check your preferred finish and whether you want it to be watermarked, as well as all your other preferences etc. This saves alot of time - not to mention stupid typos - like spelling your own name wrong (DUh - I've done it) If this is the 1 card that you want to be glossy when you usually prefer matte etc. - you can still go into "Manage Cards" and adjust your finish, watermark and other preferences for this specific card.

I have my defaults set, thanks for the suggestion though.. but it still needs fixed.

The field size needs to be corrected by the site Admins, not on our end.
When a text entry field is created, the programmer specifies a character amount for the size of the field, for example, 50 characters wide by 5 lines tall.

That is where the correction is needed... not on the artist end.

Thanks Cheryl. I think this was a cross-browser issue on Safari and Firefox for Mac that may have been overlooked. We will try to have this corrected by the end of the day.

Can you confirm that you are on a Mac, and that this isn't happening with Firefox on a Windows operating system?

Nope. but I can confirm I'm on windows, using firefox.

Thanks for the confirmation Cheryl. We made a change to the code, please let me know if the Artist Notes area is still covering the options on the right side of the page.

Actually, late last night I looked at it and it seemed fixed...
and I thought I was going insane. LOL

Thanks a ton!

-I don't suppose you could move/copy the 'Skip' buttons (and maybe NEXT too) to the top of the screen on the text and profiling screens of new card creation, can you?

It's so annoying having to scroll down when needing to continue on, even if you know you won't be selecting anything on the screen.
