Tis the season to take down all the greeting cards that the company has received where I work. I usually get the pile and look through them for the ones I like front "cover" wise to frame for my desk decor (in small picture frames, the really nice ones make beautiful small framed prints!). This year, as I looked through the pile, I found maybe 3-4 cards out of at least 40-50 that did NOT have either glitter or metallic ink (either on the image or writing). I am thinking this is showing a trend of sorts, at least in corporate/business cards (the ones I received personally were more of a reverse-only one had glitter, the others were plain). So, with this in mind, I thought I would ask if GCU has looked into this option. I'm not quite sure as an artist how I would communicate where the glitter or metallics would go, but I guess we could all figure it out if it were a possiblity!
