More than one photo for ecard

Newbie here!  Can anyone tell me if it is possible -- and how to -- send a personalized photo ecard with more than one photo -- say two or three in the body of the ecard?  Need to send a New Year's card out today!  Help...  TIA. Julia

the only way i would suggest is to make one image of the 3 photos you want.  either line them up or stack them off center in photoshop or elements and upload it as one photo.
