Fabulous and generous promo Mindy! I must have missed the promo in the first place. Does this apply to orders shipped to Canada too or just postage within USA. Also, do artists get the same free shipping or can only one of either promo code be used at checkout (artist 50 cent discount or free postage over 5). Just wondering. Thanks for further information. 1. Yes, artists can use this promotion code in combination with the artist discount code.

2. Yes, this applies to both U.S. and International postage.

Unfortunately there is a caveat that goes back to our inability to ship international bulk orders. Sad

International shoppers can still participate in this promotion however only free postage applies. Since we can't ship internationally there are no shipping charges incurred.

International shoppers can still buy multiple cards yet they will have to mail the cards directly and individually to the recipients. This uses the card's envelope for addressing. This is the only mailing option they'll be presented with "mail directly to someone else".

Our continued apologies to our international artists! We look forward to having this resolved in early 2008.

The promotional text has been added to all Card Widgets (except Facebook widgets which have no promotional text). It has appeared on your widgets automatically!

I've seen several orders coming through using both codes. Are you getting any error messages? If so what does it say.

enter one code and click "add" button
enter next code and click "add" button

Just below in Available Promotions box they should appear.

Just tried to buy a bunch of my own cards using my artist discount code and the NOVCALSHIP discount and I was told that it has expired on 11/29/07! I thought it was good until tomorrow 11/30/07??? My phone is having a glitch so I couldn't call customer service... help Please! I'll chek back on this forum later.

Try HOLSHIP07 which is good until 12/15.

New glitch when ordering cards. Just tried to buy a bunch of my own cards again, using my artist discount code and promo code HOLSHIP07 discount. Was just about to pay when I checked the totals and realized that it only gave me the artist's discount but didn't give me the free shipping. It didn't say anything about only allowing 1 discount code.
