Hi, sorry to hijack this thread...
I'm new to Greeting Card Universe and am trying to upload my first image. I have followed the criteria of making my image 300dpi, 5" x 7", 1500 x 2100 pixels - however every time I try to upload it I get the following error message:
Not Accepted:
This image will not look good in print.
The image size is too low and will produce a grainy or blurry picture. You need to upload an image with dimensions of 1260x900 or higher.
I have checked and double checked my image and it is definitely the right specifications, well above the 1260x900 asked for. I have even tried uploading images that are larger in pixel size than 2100x1500 (and still under the maximum MB size) but get the same error.
Can anyone help?
