Purchasing my own cards using artist discount

Hi all,
I find it extremely difficult to close out an order whenever I purchase my own cards using the artist's discount code and my own earnings to pay for the order. It takes several attempts, as the system usually leaves a few cents on the order and I am then asked to add credit card information. I have to go back several times to retry before it finally completes the order. Is this an issue that others are experiencing?

It's been that way for a couple years at least. Perhaps no one has informed GCU of this issue and you doing so now will be the ticket to get this glitch fixed.

I couldn't reply to your message sooner because of issues getting into the forum. This happens quite frequently as well.

Hello,
I have not heard of this issue. At what point in the process does it appear to struggle - when applying the artist discount code or when applying the earnings credit?

I suspect it may have something to do with shipping/postage/handling fees.

Yes, this happens every time I order. On the first page of an order the total is $0 but when you click to complete the order, it shows an amount due in the tax line. On a single card when mailing to someone directly it is .06. I click the back button and apply my commission to it and carry on to complete the order.
