Resubmitting old images

i have a couple of cards i am fond of that have been declined previously due to image clarity.  My photography and image manipulation is now better.  Can I resubmit them?

You can not resubmit a declined card. Make new ones. Smiley
 
I hear you. I'm so far beyond what I was starting out that I usually shudder at some of my old designs.
