Correct Cards Returned for Edits
Oct 30th, 2023, 12:58pm

Two of our cards PID 1178790 and PID 1147940 were returned for edits. The reviewer wants us to change "for ever" to "forever" in Psalm 136:1 on the cover of both cards. The word "forever" does not exist in the King James Version of the Bible, never has and never will. We provided links to the King James Version when the cards were first approved. The reviewer was contacted and we have heard nothing, CRICKETS! These are Thanksgiving cards and the other cards in this series sell daily. We are losing money and GCU is losing money on cards that should have never been taken off line and returned for edits in the first place.

Hello,
I will have the review team re-review this topic and refer to your email.  Please note emails may not be returned in a 24 or even 48 hour turnaround and certainly not on the weekends so we ask for your patience in their reply and do not receive it as crickets or being ignored.

There is likely a reasonable reason for the return and request for edits.

Thanks Mindy!
It was just an issue with quotation marks to make sure customers are not confused and think "for ever" (as it is written in the King James Version of the Bible) was a misspelling. GCU trying not to get cards returned by customers. We get it.
