Thank you, Everyone! Teri, Sue, Judith, Doug, Audrey, and Sandra! I really appreciate your kind words.
Not to be a downer, but the special connection we all have is so refreshing! Today I lost one of my long time customers at the restaurant where I work to Covid. He and his wife, and family, have become friends to the Thursday night regulars, workers and customers alike. It makes connecting with all of you so awesome. I can't wait to get back to all of them, to see them, to appreciate them, and give them all hugs. I have been at the same restaurant for 31 years, I have customers that treat me and my family as their own. They rejoice in pictures of my grandchildren, they bring them gifts, they bring me gifts. There are no words to express how wonderful this is. I wish you all much health and happiness, joy and love.

So sorry to hear of your loss, Betsy. It sounds like you have acquired such great friends. The special people who come into our lives, sometimes in surprising ways, are such a treasure. The coronavirus has touched my life, too. My sister went into the hospital on her birthday, April 9th. She has been on a ventilator. Praying all the time. Her boyfriend also has i,t but his symptoms are mild and is recovering.
My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Friendship is a bond to be appreciated, to be cherished, and to have a friend one must be a friend. Your post is a testament to your loving and kind nature by the close bonds you hold with people. So sorry to hear of your loss of a good friend.
