I was reviewing some of my cards and noticed that there are two identical subcategories for Report Card/ Good Grades
 
Occasions > Congratulations > Report Card/Good Grades
Occasions > Congratulations > Academic Achievement/Performance > Report Card/Good Grades
 
It may not make any difference if customer was searching with keywords, but it might if they were searching using the category list.
 
Just thought you would like to know.
