The 1st quarter payments are being processed reflecting commissions earned from 1/05/13 - 4/01/13 (remember 4Q was cutoff on 1/04/12).  The checks are scheduled to be in the mail or PayPal payments made by Tuesday, 4/30/13.      
      
Payments will be made to artists who are owed a minimum of $25 by the end of the pay period (4/01/13) or accordingly if you have changed your Minimum Payment to a greater amount.        
        
Please Note:  Your Earnings & Payments report may show a pending amount.  If you have had sales after 4/01/13 then the commissions are NOT part of the amount due for 1st quarter payment.  You can see your earnings due for 1st quarter by adjusting your Earnings History date range to 1/05/13 - 4/01/13 (or earlier start date if you have yet to earn over your minimum):

Additionally, your current payment reflects your 1st quarter earnings less any card purchases you have made using your earned fees prior to 4/01/13.        
        
FOR NEXT PAY PERIOD, you can change your Payment To name, Mailing Address, Minimum Payment, Payment Method (check or PayPal) as well as update your Tax ID #  or Social Security # in Account Information:
