I have problems with a customer request again. I cannot email her back through the 'custom card request' module, where it says - contact requestor-
Just spent a frustrating half hour trying to send and send and resend message again.
It just says 'sending' but when I refresh and click on 'view whole thread' the message is missing ie was not sent. A customer had a request for 2 separate cards. For one card, I could manage to get one email through. The second one was impossible, so I thought I would send the info concerning the second card through the module of the card where previously a message could be sent, but the second time I could not send the message again.
Please check. This is the third time that I could not send a message concerning a customer request. The first time was some time ago. I eventually could send the message one or two days later after the request, but it is frustrating, because I cannot reach the customer in time. (Customer did not buy the card).
