Add Custom Front TEXT to Approved Cards

Regarding previously approved cards, which could now make for Great Custom Front TEXT cards -
Can I have this option made available so that I may Add Text for customers to Personalize ?

If not, I guess I re-upload same image. Then there would be two, almost identical cards.

Please see this card as an example. I would like to Add Custom Text to the heart.

Go to your existing card and Change Image and that will 'unlock' the option for Custom. Click Custom and you should be able to add text. That way you don't have to make a new card but are modifying the existing.
