I needed to revise the titles on some recently approved cards (16 total). I hit "saved" after each revision, and when I went back into look at them, only half reflected the change. Also only about a third are showing up on my store front, and just a few are showing up in the their respective categories. While I imagine it may take time for them to pop up in the marketplace, I'm wondering why only a small number of the title revisions changed.
