I am wondering if this has something to do with it..When I go to "Store layout & Content, I can't check off "Search:Shoppers can search your cards by keyword or listed category" and "Product Gallery
Displays all of your card images for shoppers to view and select"..

Mine is also defaulted that way ...    as I assume all stores are this way.   so....  that is not the problem..

Donna....Everything seems to be in place..but then again, I'm not sure what I'm looking for..I know my store is open..and it's public...other than that..?? I'm not sure what else to look for..

Hi Dorann,
 
It looks like you actually have 2 different accounts setup.  The one that you're posting from on the forum has no cards associated with it, its registered to a Yahoo address.  You have another account registered to a Comcast address that has 12 cards approved.  You may want to logout of GCU, close your browser then log back in with your comcast address.  That may fix the issue.

Thank you so very much Shaun!..You know, I was wondering why I get updates on my Yahoo e-mail for the forums, and anything regarding my cards, comes through my Comcast Account..Perhaps I signed up for the forums using my Yahoo e-mail..I'm going to log out now, and log back in..Thanks again!!
