There seems to be a rather huge problem that some of us are experiencing and I wonder whether it's affecting customers as well as artists.
It seems to be to do with images loading.
On Monday, because of the images either loading terrible slowly in the preview - or not at all, it took me 3 hours 40 mins to make 6 photocards that I'd normally have made in less than half that time.
Then yesterday, I emailed a link to a card to a friend and the link went to a totally different page. Same thing this morning when I clicked on the Design of the Day on facebook to take a closer look. And now I've just had a sales notification, but when I clicked on the card image in the email, I got a strange fullscreen photo of a lot of mice!
On Monday, on another thread, we concluded that the slowness might be due to the reduction in the price of the cards making the site very busy and maybe it's those with faster connections that aren't affected. But this now seems unlikely.
If it's happening to customers as well as artists, it really does need resolving quickly - the forum seems to be unaffected, by the way
