About the prize.  Diana's Creations are absolutely exquisite and perfect for using in your greeting cards layouts; IF you have a Commercial License with her . . . and guess what?  that's the prize!  Not ALL of her creations can be used for CU, but 90% are AND she usually offers many of her goodies in 3 formats; Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro and a hi-res PNG image.  So, almost any of you can benefit from the offerings.  Diana adds goodies every week!  
 
The commercial use license means you do not have to give credit to Diana and you may sell your cards with her elements as part of your derivative design.  From Diana's site:  "This license also covers all my brushes, textures, backgrounds, pattern packs that are on my Deviant Art account and all my brushes you find on brush sharing sites such as Brusheezy.com etc."
