This has to be a problem on your end.  I just uploaded fine.
 
Be sure your file size and type are correct.
 
Check and see if you have firewalls blocking your access.
 
Clear your Browser Cache
 
You may need to seek techie help on your end from a friend who knows enough to check your system out, but I know this is not the only site you can not upload to, so this is most likely on your end.

Doreen, whats a firewall..? I cleared my cache but still can't upload.

Donna, have you tried to upload a card that you've successfully uploaded before?  If not, try that.  If you have been trying to upload the same image on two different sites with no success, but can upload a file you've successfully uploaded before, then the problem lies within your file.
 
Sometimes files get corrupted for no apparent reason.  
 
This will also determine for sure that it is truly a problem with your ability to upload in general rather than an issue with a particular file.  
 
The next thing to do is really think if anything has changed on your computer or software since the last time you had success uploading images.  Has your browser made automatic updates?  Has your computer/operating system been automatically updated?  These things can sometimes change settings that cause issues.
 
If all these things do not shed light on what is happening.  Then you need to have a good virus/spyware checker do a full run through your system.  After that, get a good technician to help you.

Now that someone has brought this up....I'm having problems upload cards also, ever since I installed the new Firefox for Mac...6.0.2.  I have to use Safari and it works just fine. Kinda weird.
