Change Image function going to dead end (Read 1300 times)

Change Image function going to dead end

It has suddenly become impossible to use the Change Image function when attempting to edit cards that need to be redone; selecting that (or Edit, for that matter) repeatedly led me to the screen pictured below:

There is no opportunity to select a different image or do anything with the card.

I tried with different cards, refreshed the pages, cleared the browser cache, etc., etc., but still always came up with the same result. This block occurred from one moment to the next. Hope it also clears itself up just as quickly!

Thank you, Shaun. Upon delving further into this, I have discovered that it seems (at least in my case) only to apply to cards that have been returned for edits (old-style photo cards that I hadn't corrected yet) and not to cards that are approved and publicly available. That might be a helpful clue, and I'm sorry I only thought to check that now.

This happened to me yesterday and that's exactly what it is. If a card is in the Photo/Custom category. When it occurred on my end it was a personalized card rather than a photo card, so I assumed that since we can not deal with personalization only yet, that's why it wouldn't allow it.

It did allow me to swap out another card image, but it was a standard card.
