FYI - Site Testing w/ Category Pages

Please note some changes you may notice. We are doing some testing of different page features in the name of SEO and usability. Namely the icons and credits below the card image thumbnails for non-logged in users will not be displayed. Soon these will be accessed via a Quick Look window.

Please let us know if you see any odd happenings, thank you!

I don't know if this is related, but since yesterday I haven't been able to use the Contact This Artist form to send a message to an artist from their store. I get the form, can put in the message, but when I hit SEND, absolutely nothing happens. Nothing. It's like I haven't done anything at all.

Edited to add: I also just noticed on the Testimonials page, the card examples used to be linked, but they're not anymore.

Hi Corrie,

I sent a message through the Contact this artist link the day before and the same thing happened to me. I clicked the 'SEND' button atleast 5 times before I notice that when you scroll back up a little above your message it says 'YOUR MESSAGE HAS BEEN SENT'. It's actually so discrete, you may not notice it.

Try sending your message back and see if this happens to you too. My message was sent (5 times) because I got a response. Hope it works for you.

Actually this issue has been happening off and on to me for a couple of months. I reported it but I never did hear back so I'm not sure if its the same issue rearing its ugly head again or if it actually never went away.

But, the experience was the same issues as Corrie ... filled out the form, click send and nothing. I think its an intermittent bug because some days it happens and other days it doesn't ... it happens on some stores and other stores it doesn't.

Definitely an issue that needs looking into.

Hi again Corrie,

I sent you a 'test' message through your CONTACT THIS ARTIST link and it went through because the little green message saying 'YOUR MESSAGE HAS BEEN SENT' came up above my message. Let me know if you received it.

Doreen's probably right. Maybe it's a glitch that's affecting some pages or just certain artist pages????
In the meantime I would suggest you look for the artist you're trying to contact through the forum and then send them a personal message through that link.

Hope someone from the ADMIN will look into this soon.
