Many thanks and apology to review team!

It is so easy to overlook one mistake, but when that one mistake ends up on the text template and repeats over a hundred times for a series...it's very bad. cry

I missed 2 things and I'm mortified because I thought I'd been careful. Repetitions are tedious and the mind wanders, but I made a lot of work for the review team and more for myself, so I wanted to send a BIG thanks and apology to the reviewers! sigh

I have done the same and I'm sure many others have too! But luckily we have a great review team to catch those things.Many thanx to the whole review team for catching all our boo boos! :-cat
