Pay Day - 7/29/2011

The 2nd quarter payments are in the process of being processed reflecting commissions earned from 4/01/11 - 6/30/11. The checks are scheduled to be in the mail or PayPal payments made by Friday, 7/29/11.

Payments will be made to artists who are owed a minimum of $25 by the end of the pay period (6/30/11) or accordingly if you have changed your Minimum Payment to a greater amount.

Please Note: Your Earnings & Payments report may show a pending amount. If you have had sales after 6/30/11 then the commissions are not part of the amount due for 2nd quarter payment. You can see your earnings due for 2nd quarter by adjusting your Earnings History date range to 4/01/11 - 6/30/11 (or earlier start date if you have yet to earn over your minimum):

Additionally, your current payment reflects your 2nd quarter earnings less any card purchases you have made using your earned fees prior to 6/30/11 .

FOR NEXT PAY PERIOD, you can change your Payment To name, Mailing Address, Minimum Payment, Payment Method (check or PayPal) as well as update your Tax ID # or Social Security # in Account Information:

Just to clarify: The pending amount that I can currently see is not accurate because it has earnings from the last day of the quarter, 6/30, plus my sales from 7/1 through 7/6-ish, when the counter actually set back to zero, correct? Hi Mindy,

I'm not 100% sure about this but I believe that it was said somewhere that the international artists who were awaiting a response from the IRS would have the option of having GCU withhold their earnings so that it won't be taxed until we all sort this whole ITIN/W-7 stuff out.

Please tell me if this is still an option for the international artists because it would be unfortunate if it wasn't. Sad

** CORRECTION ** ...we slipped a few days to earnings through 7/06/11. Earnings for 3Q will be calculated and paid from 7/07/11. For those artists who had a few sales on the cusp of the cutoff on 7/06/11 we are aware of them and please note those sales will rollover into the 3Q earnings & payments.

I don't sell many cards but before I close my store I'd like to at least collect the amount that shows up as owing to me - it's more than $25. Thank you.

I've NEVER been paid and there is a small balance in my earnings. If you're not going to pay I'll close my store rather than ramp it up; ditto if I continue to get no response.
