I'm spreading this word on behalf of one of my POD aquaintences - Barbara Mack sent me this message and I asked if she minded me sharing the info here ... might be something to look into if you don't have time to do regular blog posts (or need help with promo while you do the designing ...).  Her email is admin@tshirt-party.com and her message:
 
"do you need any copywriting done? I do freelance work for several clients, including RevenueCurve and Experience Advertising. I've run into a huge problem this month, so I thought I 'd check with everyone and see. I write blog posts, ad copy, press releases, articles, website promotion, etc."
 
and her prices sound like they'd be reasonable, so if your budget is even only $10 - $20, she might be able to work with you!
