Some assist please ASAP..

My customer says online right now (waiting for a reply from me still since I do not see what she see's and am unclear how to help her) that...>   when she customizes the bottom portion of the card.... > A part I can not access from the creation end..  It all looks fine... BUT THEN.. when she puts it in her cart to buy.. She says she can not see the lower part she just customized that I can not access or see what she did..  Is this normal?   It is text she added not a picture..  How can I help her better to make sure she gets what she wants o.k..  Can anyone help me kinda soon please?

Never mind and Thanks too..  I just went and "personalized"  the card and it previewed fine and all in it's rightful places-spots avail..   then it offers next to "Approve" the card on the buyers end and I did not see any glitches with it.. Maybe she did something wrong like..> NOT SAVE IT  before adding it to her cart or something like that.   Not sure.  Sorry. I panicked some..  Grin   I never ordered this way before and didn't know what she was talking about really but now I think it is something on her end.. If not.. I will be back with more panic.. hahahaha. Thanks again..

Lj, I think you were exactly right; I think she neglected to 'save' it.  I have ordered a lot of 'personalized' cards and never had a problem.
I laughed when you said you panicked; I've done the same before when my customer contacted me with a problem that needed immediate resolution.  Grin

I'm sorta laughing at myself now about my mini panic attack...and YES>>> it was that she forgot to "save" it..   She is all set now and moving forward with the order.. Yeah!!! I should have thought of that right away but.. I did not..  My training in customer service runs deep and strong.  The very 1st thing I reacted to do was resolve it for her asap and learn later! hahahaha..   Grin    Silly me really..   Thanks again for the assist..  So appreciated here.. One of the things I like the most here has been the fellow artist support.. which is always my 1st, most reliable and quickest choice to turn to.. Smiley   Later!
